Pinocchio

Our vice Principal Mr. Ewing decided that we were going to have a school play. Some very lucky people made the main roles. Lots of people auditioned but there were only 18 main roles. Now every day the people who got the main parts are practising to remember their parts. The best part about it is that those who didn’t get a part get to join in because it’s a whole school play.
Hi from St.Pius X Primary School
We are doing a school play and everyone is involved in it. Every class has a different song to learn and our class is singing “We’re in a Whale”. Singing “We’re in a Whale” is fun and we have to practice and practice a lot ‘til we get it right.

Ninja Houses!

This term in Japanese we are building ninja houses. We need to put tricks and traps in the house and it can’t have any electricity. We have group’s of 1-4 people. We had to collect boxes to make our ninja houses. We call our teacher Sensei and we learn Japanese on Monday’s. Do you learn any other languages?

Mary Mackillop Feast Day

On Wednesday the 10th of August the whole of St Pius is going to go to our church to celebrate Mary Mackillop being canonised. We do this every year.

Emergency Fire Dill

At our school we had an emergency fire dill, we do this because if there is a fire in our school we are prepared.

We had a man from the Warrnambool Fire Station to tell us a bit about fire safety when we evacuate buildings.
