Our boys’ hurling team made history by winning our third succesive county tital when we beat Rathbeggan national School in the final.  We started well with an early goal and then we followed with two quick points. Rathbeggan responded with a point but we ended the half on a high note with a poacher’s goal from our full-forward. In the first ten minutes of the second half they put a lot of pressure on us but our defence held strong by only conceding a goal and a point. Then we finished them off with two well taken goals. The game ended 4-5 to 1-2.

After the game our captain Aodh O’Suilleabháin was presented with the cup to finish off the three in a row!!!
